    It is with great excitement that we share the below information with you regarding Fall 2010 Parents Weekend festivities for Alpha Chi Omega. The parents weekend chair, and the chapters executive board have been hard at work to ensure that your weekend in Tallahassee, is a memorable one. The ladies of the Beta Eta Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega, at Florida State look  forward to welcoming you into their "home" away from home. 

Friday Night:
The chapter has rented TBA restaurant and outside deck from 6pm - 9pm Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be served, there will be a cash bar, live acoustic musician.

Saturday
BBQ at the Chapter House (518 West Park Avenue, Tallahassee, Fl 32301) from 10am-1pm. Food and drinks will be served. House Tours will be available, in addition to the recruitment video, and others being played on the Flat screen for you to view. Pre-ordered shirts (see below) will be available for pick up at this time!

Sunday
Brunch at the Chapter house. from 9am - Noon Food and drinks will be served. House tours will be available, in addition to the recruitment video, and others being played on the Flat screen for you to view. Pre-ordered shirts (see below) will be available for pick up at this time!

The cost for the entire weekend is $40.00 per family ($5 for any additional member over 4) You can email axoforidastate {at} gmail {dot} com to have the weekend added to your daughters BillHighway account. Please put Parents weekend 2010 in the subject line, &  include your daughters name and the total in attendance, in the email.

Greekbox.com has released 'Greekclick', a new online ordering system for us to use when ordering our Parents Weekend. With this new system, you can either pay by Credit Card or E-Check right online!

You will  need you to click on the link below where you will be able to see a proof of what we're ordering and very easily place your own individual order. Also, pay close attention to the cut-off date, as you won't be able to place your order after midnight on that date.
